MASON TRUEBLOOD was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. His parents were the founders (and current owners) of Civic Dancer Center - the studio where he began his training in the arts. He then attended the University of California Irvine where he received both his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and his Bachelor of Arts in Film & Media Studies. Since then Mason has toured the world with the International revival of the Broadway Musical Bring it On: The Musical and is now currently residing in Los Angeles. Mason has had the opportunity to pursue both film and television, which he has done with great success. He can be seen on such shows as Glee, 2 Broke Girls, Switched at Birth, Girlboss, Best Friend’s Whenever, and Shake it Up! He can also be seen in films such as 1 Chance 2 Dance and Girlfriend’s Day (both on Netflix). Most recently Mason could be seen in Valley Girl (Choreographed by Mandy Moore) and as Fender in NBC’s Hairspray Live!"
